Today I will show you how to arrange a lovely autumnal display which will also carry through to Christmas as the greenery I have chosen has little berries.

To make a similar display, you will need:
12 inch tall terracotta long tom pot
10 everlasting Eucalyptus mini plants
Bubble wrap
Tissue paper

To start, remove all the price tickets from the everlasting plants.

Buy a 12 inch long tom as the pot is a decent size for the money. You don't need to spend more that £5 on a terracotta pot.

Buy your planter from a garden centre and choose one which is weathered if you like the grungy look.

Take the bubble wrap and fill the pot up half way. Then take another piece of bubble wrap, cover it with tissue and pack it in to the planter. Leave a 3 inch space at the top.

Begin to stand the little plants around the inside of the pot. Turn your mini plants so any longer greenery faces outwards.

Continue to backfill the whole pot with your plants. You want the leaves and longer stems to drape over the edge of the planter.

Once filled, the outer ring should look like a mini wreath.

When you are happy with the arrangement, take the last mini planter and pop it in the middle.

This is the end result and I think it is lovely.
On a cold winter day, this type of display will offer colour for visitors. I wouldn't advise leaving it outside overnight as the birds will become accustomed to the planter and might try to eat the berries!
If you want to sit your display in an alcove, try using fairy lights to add pretty lighting to a dark corner. Look out for a red string, light up the arrangement and enjoy it indoors.
Have a lovely day.
